Our Philosophy

As semi-custom home builders, we spend a lot of time looking at our competition. We talk "one-on-one" with our potential buyers and find out what they want in a new home. Many are frustrated when they see a home they like, but find out later that most of what they have seen in the builder's model home will cost them thousands more than the original price they were attracted to. We strive to provide the best quality home with the features you expect, and see in our models, for the price we quote.

Our homes generally include genuine hardwood floors, granite counter tops, designer stainless steel appliances, full wood wrapped windows and doors, wood panel doors and slate entries and fully finished, painted garages – most with attic storage areas and pull down ladders. We install only high quality name brand fixtures and we offer many more available options. Our standard models include

We only build homes on the best lots we can find. We look for lot size, proximity to services, location with regard to other comparable priced homes and desireability of the area. We always space out our homes and set them back, further off the street, to avoid the "sardine can" look that any new subdivisions have. In short, we strive to provide you with a home that we would be proud to own.
